Thomas and Raymond Kwok, co-heads of Sun Hung Kai Properties, faced the anti-corruption agency on Friday.
Authorities allege the two men, and three others, gave bribes in exchange for information on land sales.
Sun Hung Kai is Asia's most valuable real estate company.
