You may have already forgotten about the Fox News mole, but Fox News sure hasn't, and as a crew from the New York District Attorney's Office dropped in on the mole, Joe Muto, at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, it was clear his infamy at the network would last longer than 15 minutes.

"I just got search warranted at 6:30am by a very polite crew from the DA's office. Took my iPhone, laptop, some old notebooks," Muto tweeted on Wednesday. If Muto didn't sound overly worried, we can only assume it's because he knows Fox and therefore expected to be served with a warrant, so cleared sensitive information from his hard drives. After all, Fox did say it would be pursuing criminal and civil action against him. "According to the warrant, Fox News is apparently accusing me of grand larceny, amongst other things," Muto tweeted. And then: "They're pretty worked up over a clip of Romney talking about his horses." Ah, yes, the time Romney sounded like an out-of-touch rich guy. That was actually kind of funny.
