The South Korean electronics company has extended its sponsorship of the Champions League winners until 2015.
"Samsung have exercised their right to extend their deal which will see them reamain as a premium partner of the club until the end of May 2015," a spokesman for the club said.
Samsung is also an Olympics sponsor.
The Chelsea-Samsung deal size contrasts with that struck between Manchester United and US car giant General Motors, worth $559m (£349m).
Under that deal, United will have the Chevrolet brand on its kit for seven years from 2014.
Chelsea FC currently sit top of the English Premier League with a maximum nine points from their first three games.
